Itinerary

1. Day 1: Morondava to Kirindy Forest (55 km – 2 Hours)

   1. Meet your guide at Morondava Airport or your hotel.

   2. Drive to Kirindy Forest, approximately 2 hours away.

   3. Stop at the Avenue of the Baobabs for daytime photography and a scenic break.

   4. Continue the journey to Kirindy Forest.

   5. Check in at your lodge upon arrival.

   6. Relax and enjoy a sunset moment near your hotel among giant baobab trees with a cold drink.

   7. Embark on a guided night walk in Kirindy Forest.

   8. Observe nocturnal wildlife such as Mouse Lemurs, Fork-marked Lemurs, Red-tailed Sportive Lemurs, Owls, Chameleons, Fosas, and Geckos.

   Dine at your hotel and rest for the night.

   Overnight at: Relais du Kirindy (B&B)

2. Day 2: Kirindy Forest to Morondava (55 km – 2 Hours)

   • Meet your guide at the restaurant after breakfast at 08:00 AM.

   • Begin a guided morning walk through Kirindy Forest.

   • Spot diurnal wildlife including Red-fronted Brown Lemurs and White Lemurs.

   • Observe native bird species, medicinal plants, baobab trees, Fosas, and Chameleons.

   • Complete the 2-hour walk along a flat, easy trail.

   • Enjoy lunch at your lodge after the morning visit.

   • Depart for Morondava in the early afternoon.

   • Stop again at the Avenue of the Baobabs to witness a stunning sunset.

   • Drive to Morondava after sunset, approximately 50 minutes.

   Overnight at: Vezo Beach Hotel or Similar on own.
