Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo

   • Arrive at Antananarivo airport.

   • Meet and greet by your guide.

   • Transfer to your hotel.

   • Receive briefing about the program and timings.

   Overnight at Relais des Plateaux Hotel (Bed & Breakfast).

2. Day 2: Antananarivo – Andasibe (170 km, approximately 5 hours drive)

   • Have breakfast at the hotel.

   • Depart for Andasibe National Park.

   • Stop at Marozevo to visit Peyreiras Reserve or Exotic Park to observe endemic fauna such as reptiles and lemurs, including brown and Coquerel’s sifaka, various chameleons, frogs, snakes, and geckos.

   • Continue the journey to Andasibe and check in at your hotel.

   • Enjoy a night walk before dinner to observe nocturnal wildlife.

   Overnight at Mantadia Lodge Hotel (Bed & Breakfast).

3. Day 3: Andasibe National Park and Vakona Reserve

   • Have breakfast at the lodge.

   • Visit Andasibe National Park (Analamazaotra Reserve) to see the Indri Indri, the world’s largest living lemur, as well as golden (diademed) sifakas and brown lemurs.

   • Discover medicinal and endemic plants in the park.

   • Continue to Vakona Private Reserve, starting with Lemur Island to observe common brown, bamboo, black and white ruffed, red ruffed, golden sifaka, and ring-tailed lemurs.

   • Visit Crocodile Valley to see crocodiles, geckos, turtles, and endemic birds.

   • Return to the hotel for overnight stay at Mantadia Lodge Hotel (Bed & Breakfast).

4. Day 4: Andasibe – Antananarivo

   • After breakfast, depart Andasibe and return to Antananarivo by road.

   • Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.

   • In the afternoon, tour the capital city including popular and less visited neighborhoods.

   • Visit the old town, the Queen's Palace, the panoramic viewpoint of Antananarivo, Lake Anosy, Mahamasina Stage, administrative districts, Independence Avenue, and the old train station.

   • Return to your hotel for overnight.

5. Day 5: Antananarivo – Morondava – Kirindy (1 hour 15 minutes flight + 65 km, approximately 3 hours drive)

   • After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Morondava.

   • Upon arrival, meet your guide and have lunch at Bleu Soleil, a popular seafood restaurant.

   • Visit Baobabs Avenue for photographs.

   • Continue to Kirindy Reserve and check in at your hotel.

   • At 4 pm, drive to the Majestic Baobabs for sunset viewing with refreshments.

   • Return to Kirindy Forest for a night walk to observe nocturnal lemur species such as Coquerel's giant mouse lemur, pygmy mouse-lemur, fork-crowned lemur, gray mouse lemur, western fat-tailed dwarf lemur, and red-tailed sportive lemur, along with other nocturnal animals.

   Overnight at Relais du Kirindy (Bed & Breakfast).

6. Day 6: Kirindy Reserve – Bekopaka (150 km, approximately 6 hours drive)

   • After breakfast, take a morning walk in Kirindy Reserve aiming to spot red-fronted brown lemurs, Verreaux's sifakas, and the elusive fossa.

   • Observe endemic birds, turtles, and baobabs.

   • Depart for Tsimafana and take a ferry to Belo sur Tsiribihina.

   • Have lunch at Mad Zebu, one of Madagascar's best restaurants.

   • Continue to Manambolo River and embark on a ferry to Andadoany.

   • Transfer to your hotel for overnight stay at Soleil des Tsingy (Bed & Breakfast).

7. Day 7: Manambolo River Canoe Trip and Small Tsingy

   • After breakfast, take a canoe trip along Manambolo Gorge.

   • Walk through caves with stalactites and stalagmites and visit the famous Vazimba tribe family tomb.

   • Return to the hotel for lunch.

   • In the afternoon, drive to Small Tsingy and take a guided walk through the limestone labyrinth and primary forest.

   • Visit two viewpoints for panoramic photographs.

   • Stay to watch the sunset at Small Tsingy.

   • Return to the hotel for overnight at Soleil des Tsingy.

8. Day 8: Big Tsingy Exploration (17 km, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive)

   • Depart early after breakfast for Big Tsingy by 4WD.

   • Upon arrival, wear safety harnesses and receive a briefing from the local guide.

   • Explore the limestone forest, cross hanging bridges, and admire the karst formations below.

   • Spot wildlife such as sportive lemurs, sifakas, brown lemurs, ring-tailed mongooses, giant Coua birds, and more.

   • Return to the car park and drive back to your hotel for overnight at Soleil des Tsingy (Bed & Breakfast).

9. Day 9: Bekopaka – Morondava (214 km, approximately 8 hours drive)

   • After breakfast, depart for Morondava by road.

   • Stop at Avenue of Baobabs to enjoy the sunset and take photographs.

   • Have lunch in Belo sur Tsiribihina at La Riviera local restaurant.

   • Take the ferry back to Tsimafana.

   • Visit the sacred baobabs and the baobabs in love.

   • Continue to Baobabs Avenue to enjoy the majestic baobabs at sunset.

   • Return to Morondava and overnight at Laguna Beach Hotel (Bed & Breakfast).

10. Day 10: Morondava – Antananarivo (1 hour 15 minutes flight)

    • Enjoy a free morning to relax.

    • Transfer to Morondava airport for your flight back to Antananarivo.

    • Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel.

    • End of services.
