Full-Day Itinerary: Kotor to Durmitor National Park and Tara Canyon
- 09:00 – Begin with pick-up from your hotel or apartment.
Depart through a scenic mountain road offering breathtaking landscapes.
Make the first photo stop above Perast for panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor and the iconic islands of St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks.
10:30 – Pause for a short stop at Slano Lake, a serene artificial lake near Nikšić, perfect for photos and a brief stretch.
12:00 – Arrive at Sedlo Pass, located at 1907 meters above sea level in the heart of Durmitor National Park.
Take time to admire the stunning mountain views, capture memorable photos, and listen to fascinating local legends about the mountains.
13:00 – Continue to the town of Žabljak and enjoy a leisurely walk to Black Lake (Crno Jezero).
Stroll through the enchanting forest paths while hearing stories of local legends.
Explore small stalls selling traditional products such as homemade honey, jams, woolen socks, and sweaters.
14:30 – Enjoy free time for lunch in Žabljak at a local restaurant (optional and not included in the price).
15:30 – Proceed to the famous Đurđevića Tara Bridge, offering spectacular views of Europe’s deepest canyon, the Tara Canyon.
Admire the breathtaking scenery and take the opportunity to try the thrilling zip line (optional and at extra cost).
16:30 – Stop near Dobrilovina to enjoy final panoramic views over the Tara Canyon and nearby picturesque mountain villages.
