Itinerary

1. Day 1: Airport to Sigiriya

   • Get picked up from the airport.

   • Visit the Sigiriya Lion Rock, and the Dambulla Cave Temple, constructed by King Walagambahu and today stands as a renowned World Heritage Site. 

2. Day 2: Sigiriya to Kandy

   • Proceed to Kandy.

   • Visit Kandalama Reservoir, Spice and Herbal village and Hindu temple.

   • Explore the Tooth Temple, venerated in Sri Lanka as a cetiya relic of Gautama Buddha, whose teachings Buddhism was founded. Later enjoy a cultural dance show.

3. Day 3: Kandy to Ella

   • Proceed to Ella, a small town in the Badulla District of Uva Province. The area has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. 
   • Go to the Ramboda Waterfall and Tea factory.

   Optional: Go on a train journey from Nanuoya to Ella.

4. Day 4: Ella to Udawalawa or Yala

   • Proceed to Udawalawa or Yala, home to wildlife such as leopards, elephants and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species. 
   • Visit Little Adam's Peak, Nine arch bridge and Ravana Waterfall.
   • Enjoy the traditional food taste.

5. Day 5: Udawalawa or Yala to Mirissa

   • Proceed to Mirissa, a small town on the south coast of Sri Lanka, located in the Matara District of the Southern Province. Its beach and nightlife make it a popular tourist destination. 
   • Go on a morning safari.
   • Relax at the beach.

6. Day 6: Mirissa to Colombo

   • Go for a whale watching tour in the morning.
   • Explore the Turtle Hatchery.
   • Drop off at your hotel/airport.
