Day 1: Colombo Airport to Dambulla (3.5 hrs drive) expand_more
Transfer from the airport to Dambulla. It is a popular and one of the oldest tourist destinations in Sri Lanka, which has been visited by travellers for the past 1000 years.
Visit Sigiriya Rock - The ancient rock fortress and palace of Sigiriya, currently standing in ruin, still has a magnificent opulence that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, reservoirs and other structures.
Get a Sri Lankan Ayurvedic massage.
Go on a Village Safari and a Jeep Safari in the National Park.
Overnight at Dambulla.

Day 2: Dambulla to Kandy (2 hrs drive) expand_more
Travel from Dambulla to Kandy - the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. It is famed for its World Heritage ancient capital city, Kandy Dalada Maligawa, Kandyan and architecture.
Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, Spice Garden, Temple of the Tooth Relic, and gem museum.
Also, enjoy a cultural dance performance.

Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (2 hours Drive) expand_more
Transfer to the hill country of Sri Lanka - the picturesque Nuwara Eliya. A mountain resort town in Sri Lanka, the city is blessed with a very charming climate and amazing views of valleys, meadows, mountains and lush greenery.
Highlights here are tea plantations, tea factory, and waterfalls. The tea capital of Sri Lanka is perched at an altitude of 1889 meters and is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the country.

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya to Galle to Mirissa expand_more
Proceed to Sri Lanka's coastal towns with their golden beaches, sunshine and adventure.
Galle is located on the southern coastline of Sri Lanka, 116km off the capital Colombo. Most prominent among the attractions of Galle is the UNESCO designated World Heritage Dutch Fort.
There are a number of colonial buildings which would give you a sense of being in the Netherlands. Buildings dating back to the Dutch era include the old Dutch Government House, the Governor’s House, and Groote Kerk (Great Church) built in 1755, which is still in use.
Enjoy the evening on the beautiful beach of Unawatuna, in the Bay of Galle.
Proceed to Mirissa on a 5-hour drive.
Overnight in Mirissa.

Day 5: Mirissa to Colombo (3 hrs drive) expand_more
Return to Colombo and take a city tour before heading to the airport for departure.
Highlights here are the Dutch Hospital, World Trade Centre, Nelum Pokuna Theatre, Independence Square and Arcade, Gangarama Temple, and National Museum.
