Full-Day Journey to Charyn National Park
7:00 - We start from Almaty. I will pick you up at your hotel and drive 200 km to Charyn Canyon. We will stop on the way to enjoy the vast territory and the empty splendor of the Kazakh steppe and mountain views.
We will stop by a roadside market to buy local food for a picnic near the Charyn River.
The magnificence of this canyon strikes me every time I visit it. You will go down into the gorge to feel this unreal nature museum, where unique sculptures have been constructed by nature. If you are lucky to come here on a working day, I may find only you and the calmness of this remarkable place. In such calmness, you may hear only the whisper of the wind. After an hour's hike across this natural museum, you will see the Valley of Castles and enjoy a picnic by the river. After some time to rest and take pleasure in the surroundings, we will return by tourist bus to the car.
12:15 - We leave Charyn National Park to visit White Canyon and take a short hike to see a panoramic view from the tops of the mountains.
14:30 - We go back to Almaty.
15:30 - Arrival in Almaty.
