Full-Day Lake Naivasha Tour
- Pick-up from Nairobi hotel or airport at 7:30 AM.
- Drive approximately 2 to 2.5 hours through the scenic Great Rift Valley.
- Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, spotting hippos, waterbirds, and fish eagles.
- Disembark at Crescent Island Sanctuary for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, waterbucks, antelopes, and various birds.
- Lunch at a restaurant of your choice (own cost).
- Return drive to Nairobi.

Boat rides and Crescent Island entry fees are usually paid separately unless included in your package.

The Crescent Island walk involves light to moderate walking so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Lake Naivasha is home to hippos and crocodiles so swimming is not allowed.

Weather can be cooler near the lake especially in the morning and evening.

Birdwatching is excellent year-round but species vary by season.

Carry some cash for entrance fees or local purchases as not all places accept cards.
