The itinerary

Day 01

Journey to Lake Nakuru National Park

Pick up from your residence or hotel after breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park.
Arrive and check in for lunch at a safari lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive until sunset, where you'll have the chance to see lions, rhinos, buffalo, flamingos, and other birds.
Return to the lodge or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel on a full-board basis.

Day 02

Transfer to the Maasai Mara

After breakfast, depart for the Maasai Mara, approximately a 4-hour drive. Check in at Mara Sopa Lodge - Masai Mara Game Reserve and have lunch, where you will enjoy a full-board stay.
In the afternoon, explore Maasai Mara National Park for introductory game viewing until sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Sopa Lodge.

Day 03

Big 5 Game Viewing and Maasai Village Visit

Begin your day with early game viewing after breakfast. Today, you'll stay out with lunch boxes to enhance your chances of spotting the Big 5, other animals, and plenty of birds.
You'll also visit the Maasai villages to experience their culture and witness the bonfire they prepare for your visit.
In the afternoon, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge on a full-board basis.

Day 04

Maasai Mara Game Drive and Return to Nairobi

Depart from the Maasai Mara after breakfast, enjoying a game drive on the way.
Drive back to Nairobi, where you'll arrive after approximately 5 hours. You'll either be driven back to the hotel or straight to the airport.
