About me
I am the Swedish viking who took my hobbies of cycling, food and wine and moved to Florence in Italy, to try to make it for a living.And here I am, doing bike tours on all levels, having wine tastings and organizing cooking courses for all taste buds there are! I have learned a lot from my Italian sommelier colleagues, my Italian chef friends, my wine making friends down in Chianti, and not the least, from my cycling friends at my bike team in Florence.I am a born road cyclist who doesn't mind jumping into the woods every once in a while, and also find a great pleasure of cruising along the "strade bianche" in the countryside, stopping at every small village for a zip of coffee and a chat with the locals.
