I studied archeology and this is the reason why I love the Sabina area as it has an amazing landscape full of fragments from the past.I am president of a local association whose main aim is to help people discover this region through guided tours that reveal its wonderful nature, history and archeology.Pietro runs a family farm, “Silvi Sabina Sapori”, with his sister Daniela and cousin Anna.They specialise in the production of world class extra virgin olive oil, a business started in the early 1900’s by Pietro's grandpa!
