About me

My name is Margrét Gauja Magnúsdóttir and I am a 44 year old, former high school teacher and politician in Iceland. I love nature and glacier guiding is one of my passions. Showing and educating people about my country, it´s nature, history, culture, politics and traditions fills me with joy. I have a licence to drive a bus, and glacier guiding amongs other things. I have 3 university degrees and very good knowledge of Iceland. Safety is my core value as a tour guide, I believe that people need to feel safe first and foremost, then joy can proceede.
