Day 1: Kathgodam to Munsyari (2,200 m)- 9hours expand_more
- Arrive at Kathgodam early in the morning and drive to Munsyari.
Pass through several isolated villages and hill stations of Kumaon.
After an 8-hour drive, reach Munsyari and spend the night there.

Day 2: Munsyari to Lilam (1,810 m)– 5 to 6 hours. expand_more
Wake up early in the morning and drive to Selapani.
Meet the local English-speaking guide and begin the trek from Selapani.
Reach Lilam Village after 6 hours and spend the night.

Day 3: Lilam to Bagudiyar (2,450 m) - 6 hours expand_more
Pass through thick bamboo forest and other mixed forests.
Continue walking towards the confluence point of Gori Ganga and Ralam river.
After crossing the steep ascend, reach Bagudiyar and visit the 1989 memorial.
Spend the night at Bagudiyar

Have a delightful breakfast and proceed towards the next campsite - Rilkote.
Admire the beautiful waterfalls near Mapang before crossing the Lapsa Village & Nankot Glacier.

Day 5: Rilkote to Milam Village (3,430m)- 8 hours expand_more
Trek from Rilkote and cross the Barfu bridge. Enjoy the view of Nanda Devi and Hardeol Peak from here.
Spot the magnificent view of Martoli peak and Long staff Col.
Reach Milam village and experience living in tents or village houses.

Day 6: Milam Glacier (3,870 m)– 8 hours expand_more
Rise in the morning and trek towards the Milam Glacier.
View the gigantic Milam Glacier and other surrounding glaciers.
Capture some unforgettable memories before returning back to Barfu village.
Reach Barfu village and stay overnight.

Day 7: Barfu Village to Nahar Devi - 6.5 hours expand_more
After breakfast, trek to Nahar Devi.
Cross several forests, waterfalls and streams.
Have dinner and spend the night.

Day 8: Nahar Devi to Lilam Village (1,850 m) - 8.5 hours expand_more
Trek downhill from Nahar Devi to Lilam Village.

On the last day of the trek, cover a total distance of 12 km.
Stop for some refreshments at Selapani before driving back to Munsiyari.

Depart for Kathgodam and pass through beautiful villages, towns, rivers and waterfalls.
