About me

Hi I am Mario Monteiro from Goa.I am a Structural Engineer by profession and, I was introduced to tourism way back in the year 2000.I took a keen interest to learn about the history and culture of Goa as I love history.I am very passionate about my state Goa and I love and enjoy what I do as a tour guide.I have now completed 19 years working as a full time Tour Guide Authorised by The GOA state Tourism Department.If you choose to take up a tour with me I would love to showcase our Goan culture and historical heritage to a first time visitor or traveller visiting Goa.I am hard working and live up to what I commit on a tour.I have a flair and passion for cooking but I am yet to master the art of cooking.I am a foodie and love experimenting with different recipes my best dish that I have cooked is oyster beef.As a hobby I like taking photographs of nature and interesting things and people around me.
