I started working in February 2012 as Reservation Manager in one of the travel company of Jammu and Kashmir. After, three months got another position of company to serve as Tour Escort.It was in the month of July 2012 company assigned me to act as Tour Escort for one foreign family, with no knowledge of how to deal with foreign tourists.In my mind I thought I will give up as Tour Escort because you have to be fluent in english.But destiny has stored it to me and I motivated myself to do this assignment if you want to grow up.Finally after departure of foreign family the customer tour report was good but the comments were not good for speaking english.After few days senior executive of company called me and discussed about the customer tour report and said you have served good as overall comments are good so keep it up.Speaking english is no issue as it was your first dealing, it will improve with dealing more and more tourists as Tour Escort.With the passage of time in May 2013 got another position of company to serve as Transport Manager.Finally in July 2014 I resigned from the company, as I think for which I have joined the company I have acquired that knowledge and experience, for having my own travel company.In August 2014 stared my own travel company in air with no office because of capital.Also I wanted to be professional in this field because Tourism is the backbone of Jammu and Kashmir.So I secured my admission in Industrial Training Institution to do Tourist Guide Course of one year.  Meanwhile I also did some Kashmir packages for tourists.After successfully completed my Tourist Guide Course, registered my travel company “HIJAZI Travels” as sole proprietor (as dream come true).In 2017 thought, now time has come to incorporate HIJAZI Travels as “HIJAZI Travels (OPC) Private Limited” Company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.So on 20th February 2017, got Certification of Incorporation (CIN) from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India as well as also registered my travel company with Department of Tourism, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
