Description

Visit the majestic Taj Mahal at sunrise shrouded in mists and bathed with a soft morning glow. Set out from Delhi in the early hours, resting comfortably in your private car, till you reach Agra just in time for the golden hour. Visit the taj and the fort nearby, before returning to New Delhi on the same day.

    • Pick up from Delhi at 3.00 am and drive to Agra for Taj Mahal Tour.

    • Transferred to Agra by private, air-conditioned vehicle; relax on the 3.5-hour drive. 

    • Arrive in Agra at approximately 06:15 am, just in time for a great view of the sunrise over the Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal is a spectacular marble mausoleum with the tomb of Mumtaz Mahal, beloved wife of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.

    • Continue to the nearby Red Fort (Agra Fort) to see the beautiful pavilions of a walled city.

    • Proceed for lunch to have a taste of the region's cuisine.

    • Visit Mehtab Bagh Sunset Point at 10.00 am, for a view of the Taj Mahal from behind. This is an optional visit; if you are in the hurry you can skip it. 

    • Have some free time to visit the local market.

    • Depart to Delhi at approximately 11:00 am, with an estimated arrival time back in the city at around 2.30 pm.
