"Tamar was born and raised on the 19th-century Jewish village Yesod Hama’ala in the upper Galilee and is descended from the original pioneers.She has been living in Tel Aviv since after her army service and graduated with a B.A.degree in the Land of Israel Studies & Geography from Bar Ilan University.Tamar went on to become a licensed tour guide, but that is not where she fine-tuned her educational skills.She previously had served as an educator of soldiers in the IDF Air Force in the subject of History, teaching on base and in the field through tours which she designed herself.She is an avid world traveler and it would be tough to find a place in the world where she hasn’t been.Tamar has twelve years of experience guiding large and small groups alike.Her “New Age” interests and travels give her a unique perspective, especially for our ‘Lifestyle’ & ‘Boutique’ tours.Her smile is infectious, "demeanor professional and knowledge seemingly unlimited.
