Know before you go
  • Bad Weather Policy: Rain or sunshine, our walking tours continue, and we always have a great day no matter what the weather. However, if there is a Typhoon or extreme rain, then we follow the advice issued by the Hong Kong weather observatory. This means that we cancel all tours if at one hour before the start of the tour there is a Typhoon level 8 signal up or a Red or Black rainstorm is warning in effect. In such cases, we will reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. All tours will still run at Typhoon levels 1 and 3 and under Amber rainstorm warnings. For up to date information on Hong Kong weather, you can check the Hong Kong Observatory website.
  • Cancellation Policy: If, for whatever reason, you want to cancel your booked tour, then please note the following. Please email us your notice to cancel, and we will confirm the cancellation by email.
    • A 100% refund (excluding the service/tax charges) will be given if you cancel more than seven days (more than 168 hours) before your tour.
    • A 50% refund (excluding the service/tax charges) will be given if you cancel between 7 days and two days (between 167 and 48 hours) before your tour.
    • There are no refunds if you cancel less than two days (48 hours) before the start of your tour. 
    • There are no refunds if you do not turn up for the tour.
  • Rescheduling Policy: If you find that your travel plans change or become ill whilst travelling and wish to reschedule your booked tour, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. If we still have availability on the date that you want to reschedule to the following rules apply:
    • We can reschedule a tour at no additional cost if you tell us more than seven days before your time is due to take place. 
    • There will be a 50% rescheduling charge for rescheduled tours with seven or fewer days notice. 
    • Tours can not be rescheduled with less than 14 hours notice.
  • Rescheduling charges can be paid by credit card via invoice.
