Hi, I'm Sonja.
I am a licensed tourist guide in Thessaloniki, and I have a History and archeology major.
Since I was a child, I have loved stories.First, it was stories that my father told me about his childhood.Those stories made me curious about the past, and soon I became passionate about History.Then in University, I figured out that just learning History wasn't enough for me.I craved more; I would cross-examine every source until I could understand and relate to every person and event.I was insatiable still.
After my graduation, I started telling the stories I discovered.Then finally, I could see it was sharing the stories that satisfied me.The excitement on the faces of my audience gave me incomparable joy.At last, I found my call.Then I decided to continue my studies at the School for Tourist Guides of the Ministry of Tourism of Greece.
Now I can legally share also with you my stories.Stories about the past, the present, and the hopes for the future.
I always considered myself to be a gifted storyteller.But that you will have to discover yourself.I will introduce you to places and the people who lived and still live in this country.I will tell you written stories and those to be yet told.
