About me

I have been trained by the Writers Bureau College of Journalism as a Freelance Journalist since February 2013.Am also an alumni of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung – FES Youth Leadership Training Programme – 2006, and also an Ambassador for the One Young World 2011 in Zurich Switzerland.Am also a Development Practitioner and have completed with distinction a course in Non-Governmental Organization Management from the premier Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration – GIMPA.I have been under the tourism apprenticeship of the Rockia Safari Eco-tourism Centre, graduated successfully and since 2010 been practicing tourism as a Tourism Entrepreneur, Ground Handler and  a Tour Guide, across Ghana, West Africa and beyond.

I am a proud Recipient of Canadian Education Training Awards for Africa CETAA Scholarship of the Canada International Development Agency CIDA.Also a Recipient of a Small Grant from Global Youth Action Network, British Council Ghana and  World Bank Institute,  for an Advocacy  Project on Millennium Goals in Northern Ghana supported by the National Commission on Civic Education.Am currently active on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals campaigns, through which I coordinate a flagship project dubbed the African Youth Work Centre under the auspices of the KARIBS Foundation, of which I am the Coordinating Director.

The KARIBS Foundation is a Pan African research and development institute based in Accra.Ghana, West Africa.We are a non-profit, non-governmental, people centered, youth-led, charity and a civil society organization with focus on education, livelihood, protection, empowerment, advocacy and environment.The KARIBS Foundation is a national organization and works across Ghana.Our core values are to inspire youth synergy, social inclusion, research, policy alternatives, civic engagements, information, literacy plus, skills development, social entrepreneurship and peace education.We also believe in intercultural learning, international team work and concept development.My work as a Freelance Journalist (Travel Writing), Development Practitioner(Non-profit/Charity Organization) and a Tourism Entrepreneur (Tour Guide) makes me an all round person who knows the way and how to navigate.
