after 28 years in the british army (which included tours teaching at sandhurst, at the land warfare school, and at the joint services command and staff college) i started taking people to the battlefields of europe and the middle east.this includes school tours, private family focussed tours, and military groups.my specific interests include the great war in france & flanders, italy and palestine; second world war combined arms actions of 1944 and 1945; command, learning, and technology; and tanks – because a day without a tank is a day wasted.
