The itinerary

Day 01

Nairobi to Amboseli and Afternoon Game Drive

• Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport in the morning.
• Depart for Amboseli National Park, which lies on the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro.
• Check in to your lodge and have lunch.
• Later in the afternoon, head out for more game drives with your Kenyan safari guide/driver. Mount Kilimanjaro offers a scenic backdrop for photography, with elephants, lions, cheetahs, and more often seen in the swamp area.
• Dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Serena Lodge or AA Lodge Amboseli.

Day 02

Morning Game Drive and Return to Nairobi

• Go for an early morning game drive, then return to your lodge for breakfast.
• After breakfast, check out with a packed lunch for more game drives.
• You may choose to visit a Masai village (optional).
• Check out of the park and drive back to Nairobi.
• Drop off at your respective hotel or the airport.
