  • Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu Game Reserve expand_more

    • Pick-up at 07:00 am and drive north to Samburu National Reserve to arrive at around 1:00 pm in time for lunch. 

    • Proceed for an afternoon game drive searching for Samburu's special five: the reticulated giraffe, the Grevy’s zebra, gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, and a host of the big game, including elephant and lion. 

    Dinner and overnight at Lodge/Camp.

  • Day 2: Game Drives in Samburu expand_more

    • Go on early morning and afternoon game drives. Samburu is also home to the third of Kenya’s giraffe species – the rare Reticulated Giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). This is also where you see the blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the long-necked Gerenuk gazelle and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope. 

    Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

  • Day 3: Samburu to Nairobi expand_more

    • Proceed for a game drive en route to Nairobi to arrive around 4:00 pm. 

    • Drop off at the hotel or airport for the onward flight.
