Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Arrival in Nairobi

   • Meet and greet your English-speaking tour guide upon arrival.

   • Head to your designated accommodation at Eka Hotel.

2. Day 2 - Visit Nanyuki

   • Have a full and hearty morning breakfast.

   • Depart from Nairobi towards Nanyuki and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the changing landscape. 

   • Have lunch and relax for a while before heading for an afternoon drive to meet and interact with the chimpanzees.

   • Visit the largest black rhino sanctuary, meet the Big Five animals and get a chance to witness the endangered white rhinos amongst other animals.

   • Stay overnight and enjoy dinner at Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp.

3. Day 3 - Arrival in Samburu National Reserve & Sightseeing

   • Leave Nanyuki post early morning breakfast. 

   • Arrive at Samburu national reserve, located in the Rift Valley province of Kenya.

   • Have lunch post-arrival and head for a game drive later to view the fauna in the reserve.

   • Stay overnight and have dinner at Ashnil tented camp.

4. Day 4 - Samburu Reserve Tour

   • Enjoy an early breakfast. 

   • Embark on a game drive to explore the rich wildlife reserve.

   • Keep an eye for the Samburu special five, often seen in prime circumstances and encounter other vulnerable species which are a popular attraction. 

   • Return to Ashnil tented camp.

5. Day 5 - Arrive at Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Have breakfast and leave to board an aircraft to Masai Mara national reserve. 

   • Arrive and stay overnight at Mara BushCamp.

6. Day 6 - Masai Mara Sightseeing

   • Head for a pre-breakfast game drive to watch the big cats make a kill.

   • Carry packed lunch post-breakfast.

   • Proceed to the game drive and keep an eye out to spot all the big five animals while exploring the wild.

   • Return to Mara BushCamp for overnight stay.

7. Day 7 - Continue Masai Mara Sightseeing

   • Head for a pre-breakfast game drive to watch the big cats make a kill.

   • Carry packed lunch while proceeding to the game drive.

   • See a variety of other wild animals and witness the captivating migration of the wildebeests, depending on the season of your visit.

   • Choose from optional activities such as: 
     • Masai village tour
     • Hot air balloon safari
   • Return to Mara BushCamp for overnight stay.

8. Day 8 - Depart to Nairobi

   • Depart to Nairobi followed by an en-route game drive.

   • Drop off point at the airport or hotel.
