Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival and City Tour

   • Arrive at Addis Ababa and meet your guide with the car at Bole International Airport.

   • Transfer to your hotel.

   • Take a city tour visiting Marcato, Trinity Cathedral, St. George Church, Mount Entoto, and other notable sites.

   Overnight at hotel.

2. Day 2: Journey to Lake Langano and Surroundings

   1. Pick up from Bole International Airport by the driver.

   2. Drive to Lake Langano in the Ethiopian Rift Valley system.

   3. Visit Melka-Kunture archaeological site, Tiya cemetery field, and Abijata-Shalla Lakes National Park on the way.

   Overnight at lodge.

3. Day 3: Bale Mountains National Park Exploration

   Walk early morning along the shore of Lake Langano to enjoy the natural environment.

   • After breakfast, drive to Dinsho, headquarters of Bale Mountains National Park.

   • Take a game walk around the park office to see Mountain Nyala, Menilik's Bushbuck, Grey Duiker, and various bird species.

   • Hike in the afternoon around Geyssay Valley to spot Waterbucks, Olive Baboons, and Mountain Nyalas.

   Overnight at hotel or tent.

4. Day 4: Sof Omor Cave and Afternoon Game Walk

   • Have early breakfast then drive to Sof Omor natural cave formed by water and river erosion.

   • Take your lunch box and return to Dinsho.

   • Spend late afternoon on game walking within the park.

   Overnight at tent or hotel.

5. Day 5: Sanate Plateau and Harena Forest

   • Drive to Sanate Plateau, home to Tulu Dimtu, the second highest peak at 4,377 meters.

   • Visit endangered Ethiopian wolves and observe aquatic bird species.

   • Continue driving to Harena Forest.

   • Return to hotel late afternoon using the same morning route.

   Overnight at basic hotel.

6. Day 6: Return to Addis Ababa and Farewell

   • After breakfast, drive back to Addis Ababa.

   • Stop for lunch in Assela or Nazareth.

   • Enjoy farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant before your departure flight.

   • End of service.
