Day 1: Arrival in Bahirdar and Lake Tana Exploration
- Have an early breakfast and fly to Bahirdar.
Check in to your hotel.
Drive 35 km to Blue Nile Falls.
Walk for about one hour to view the falls.
Return to the vehicle by crossing the Nile River using a small boat.
If it is Saturday, visit the colorful local market where people from surrounding countryside gather to trade goods.
Take a boat ride on Lake Tana, the largest freshwater lake in Ethiopia with over 39 islands.
Visit Ura Kidane Mihiret and Aziwa Mariam churches, adorned with biblical murals and traditional paintings.

Day 2: Travel to Gondar and City Tour
- Check out from the hotel after breakfast.
Drive 180 km north to the medieval city of Gondar.
Stop to visit Awramba community village or Guzara Palace, built by King Susynious, father of King Fasiledes (1607–1632).
In the afternoon, tour Gondar city.
Visit the compound of King Fasiledes, his swimming pool, and Debrebirhan Silassie Church.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Day Trip to Simen Mountains National Park
- Have breakfast and drive to Debark town, the headquarters of Simen Mountains National Park.
Complete necessary paperwork and pick up local guides and scouts.
Spend the day walking in the park, enjoying the scenic landscapes and observing endemic species such as Gelada baboons and Walia ibex.
Visit the former village of Ethiopian Jews on the return trip to Gondar.

Day 4: Flight to Lalibela and Church Visits
- Have breakfast and transfer to the airport for a flight to Lalibela.
In the afternoon, visit the first group of rock-hewn churches, including the famous St. George Church carved in the shape of a Greek cross.

- In the morning, take a mule trek to Asheton Mariam Monastery or drive about 42 km to visit Yimrehan Kristos cave church.
Return to the hotel for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit the second group of Lalibela churches, comprising about five churches.

Day 6: Return to Addis Ababa and City Tour
- Have breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Addis Ababa.
Upon arrival, take a city tour including visits to Mount Entoto, Trinity Cathedral, the National Museum, and Markato market.
