On this 1-day tour, you will explore the marvels of Ancient Egypt. You will see King Djoser's Step Pyramid in Saqqara, which is the first pyramid to have ever been built in Egypt. Then, the Red and Bent Pyramids in Dahshur, the former of which is the first completed pyramid of King Sneferu. Lastly, behold the great, world-famed Pyramids of Giza as well as the Great Sphinx. Tour ancient monuments of Egypt
- Our first stop is Saqarra:
- King Djoser's Step Pyramid, the first of Egypt, designed by the genius architect Imhotep.
- Next, we visit Dahshour's pyramids:
- The Red Pyramid, which is also known as the 'North Pyramid', is the largest of the pyramids located in Dahshur. It is the first complete pyramid of King Sneferu.
- King Sneferu's Bent Pyramid, the second, complete pyramid built by Sneferu.
- Here, we could also enjoy a camel ride.
- At this point, we take a break for lunch.
- Lastly, we visit the grand monuments at Giza:
- The Great Pyramids of Giza: the Three Pyramids of the Kings Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus; the only standing wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
- The Sphinx: the famous large statue representing the head of King Chephren & the body of a lion
