Visit the Saladin Citadel - a medieval Islamic fortification that was built in 1176 AD. This is now a preserved historic site, and the three main mosques at this citadel are the Mohammed Ali Mosque, Al Nasir Muhammad Mosque and the Mosque of Sulayman Pasha.
Travel to the Egyptian National Military Museum, the official museum of the Egyptian Army. Get to observe the equipments that were used during the war and the weapons that were taken from Israel.
