Historic Tour in Cairo
- At 7 a.m. gather together at the hotel to begin this tour.
- Go to attend a mass at Saint Virgin Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church (also known as the Hanging Church). It was named like this as it was built on two old towers in the Roman fort. It is considered as one of the most important Egyptian Coptic monuments, located in old Egypt.
- Move in an air-conditioned car with the Egyptian guide to see the Abu Serga Church.
- See the Coptic Orthodox Church of St. Barbara, situated near the street of the Jewish Temple. This temple is located underground and can be reached by stepping down a stone staircase. This building is one of the oldest buildings in Cairo, dating back to the 5th or 6th century AD.
- Proceed to see the Abu Sivin Church, located in the street of Amr Ibn El. Again, another monumental church, a visit to this place is a must visit.
- Transfer to the Marry Gerges Church. Many monks have also stayed here in the past and Bakhemis El Beheira Bishop was one of them.
- Visit the biggest cathedral in Egypt - St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral.
- Return to the hotel at sunset.
