Day 1: Explore the Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum of Antiquities expand_more
You will be received by the representatives of the tour operator at the Cairo Airport.
Explore the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities displaying a rare collection of art that is 5000 years old.
Visit the Giza Pyramids that were built by three pharos, namely, Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. The largest of the three pyramids were built by Cheops.
Catch a closer look at the Sphinx – a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren.
Stay in Cairo for the night.

Day 2: Tour of Alexandria expand_more
After breakfast, take a day's trip to Alexandria.
Arrive at the Library of Alexandria and walk to its open court.
Visit the site of the Lighthouse of Alexandria; one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, on which stands the Citadel of Qaitbay.
Stroll through the Royal Gardens of King Farouk (the last king in the history of Egypt) and explore the Al-Haramlik Palace in the Montaza Complex.
Visit the Salamlek Palace, which is now a hotel, adjacent to the Montaza Complex.
Stop by the Abu Al-Abbas mosque as well as the memorial of the Unknown Soldiers of Alexandria (Kik Cajon), and the statue of Alexander the Great.
- Take a break and have lunch.
Head to the church of St. Mark – the oldest church in Africa.
Drive along the Cornish (30 km) to see the whole city of Alexandria from the seaside.
Stopover the famous bridge of Stanley– the landmark of modern Alexandria.
Proceed to the old downtown of Alexandria and roam around the old city-centre of Alexandria built by Alexander the Great.
- Return to your hotel in Cairo.

Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays and on every public holiday. To enter the reading area you will need to purchase an extra ticket.
Alexandria has so much to see, feel, eat, and buy. So, if you have time and want to add more to your itinerary– just let us know and we will arrange it for you at cost price.
For two people, the accommodation is on sharing basis in a double room.
If you are not able to attend the tour of Cairo on the decided day due to a late arrival time, then you can take the tour on the last day, before your departure flight.
