Catch the early morning flight from Sharm el-sheik to reach Cairo and visit the National Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, The Pyramids of Giza- the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact. Also visit the Sphinx- a mythical creature with the head of a human, a falcon, a cat, or a sheep and the body of a lion with the wings of an eagle and Sphinx Valley temple. Take an optional Nile boat or felucca ride along the Nile and then taste delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Sites to visit in Cairo
Pick up from your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh early in the morning between 4:30 am and 5:00 am.
Travel in an air-conditioned car to Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport and fly to Cairo (50 minutes).
Visit the National Egyptian Museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Optional Nile felucca ride.
Explore the Giza Plateau: The Pyramids, Sphinx & Valley temple. The Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Chephren, the Pyramid of Mycerinus.
Shopping in the Papyrus institute, perfume factory, and other shops in the area.
Take the flight back to Sharm el-Sheikh at 8:00 pm.
Transfer from Sharm el-Sheikh Airport to your hotel.
