Shared Full-Day Tour to Luxor West and East Banks
- You will begin your trip with a pick-up from your hotel in Luxor, where a group of people will join you.
- Visit the west bank of Luxor, also known as The Valley of the Kings or the Valley of the Gates of the Kings.
- Explore the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, considered a masterpiece of ancient architecture. Its three massive terraces rise above the desert floor and into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.
- Move on to the Colossi of Memnon, where you will see the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.
- Stop at a local restaurant for lunch.
- Visit Karnak Temple, the most outstanding example of worship in history. It is dedicated to the god Amun, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, representing the Theban triad. Listen to an explanation of this ancient history.
- Proceed to Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom and completed by Ramses II.
- Finally, be transferred back to your hotel.
