Visit the Egyptian Museum and the Civilization Museum

Meet your tour guide and visit the following two museums:
- National Museum of Egyptian Antiquities (the Egyptian Museum): At the Egyptian Museum, see masterpieces from the pharaonic era, including treasures from the time of the builders of the great pyramids of Giza, the great Ramses II, Thotmosis, Amenhotep, Nefertiti, and Akhenaton, along with other remarkable pieces from the Roman era.
- National Museum of Egyptian Civilization: Not far away is the Civilization Museum, built in 2020, which contains pieces from all the eras of Egyptian civilization: pre-pharaonic, cave age, pharaonic, Greco-Roman, Coptic, and Islamic. In a special atmosphere, the royal mummies of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs rest here. Recently, 22 mummies were moved to this museum.
