Saqqara, Memphis and Dahshur Excursion
- Connect with your tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel to start the program.
- Discover Saqqara, where we will visit the oldest stone building in history. It was built by the engineer Imhotep for King Djoser, founder of the Third Dynasty. As well as enjoy visiting the pyramid of King Teti of the Sixth Dynasty. This pyramid is characterised by the presence of texts and the pyramids on its walls, which are magical texts to help the deceased in his sacred journey to the other world.
- Then, visit the tomb of the Minister (Mre Roca) and then move to Memphis, the first ancient Egyptian capital, to see the greatest statue of the greatest king in the history of ancient Egypt, King Ramses II.
- Afterwards, continue immediately to Dahshur, where two great pyramids date back to the era of the Fourth Dynasty. They were built by King Sneferu, the father of King Khufu, and the pyramids were built of limestone.
- At the end of the day, return to your hotel to conclude the tour.
