Itinerary

1. Day 1: Luxor sightseeing

   • Arrive at Luxor early in the morning.

   • Visit the main highlights by East Bank monuments:

     • Luxor Temple, a large Ancient Egyptian temple.

     • Karnak Temple, a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings.

     • Institute perfumes.

   • Explore the main highlights by West Bank monuments:

     • The Colossi of Memnon, two great seated stone statues representing King Amenhotep III.

     • Alabaster Factory, a lovely souvenir shop.

     • Valley of the Kings, a site of 63 tombs built between the 11th and 16th centuries.

     • Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari), a mortuary temple of Ancient Egypt.

   • Go sailing from Luxor.

2. Day 2: Edfu sightseeing

   • Explore the Temple of falcon-headed Horus at Edfu.

   • Visit the Temple of the Crocodile God Sobek at Kom Ombo.

   • Arrive in Aswan on the same night.

3. Day 3: Aswan sightseeing

   • Visit Philae Temple, set on a holy island in the Nile River.
   • Proceed to Aswan High Dam, the world's largest embankment dam.
   • Go on a Felucca ride, a traditional wooden sailing boat used in the eastern Mediterranean.
   • Continue to Papyrus Museum and learn how thick paper used in ancient times was made.

4. Day 4: Departure

   • Check out from the ship.
