Jimmy Alvarado is an enthusiastic and passionate naturalist guide whose connection with tourism began in his early years, approaching visitors in his hometown.Since becoming a professional guide in 2002, he has led thousands of travelers—including university students, families, photographers, naturalists, and birdwatchers—throughout Costa Rica, as well as in Panama, Nicaragua, and Peru.
He is the founder of the World Forest Foundation, an NGO focused on forest restoration, environmental education, and research.He also serves as consultor of Group Villa Alba.
