I am a Birdwatching specialized guide, with more than 6 years of experience in the Talamanca Mountain Range and in the Central Valley area in Costa Rica.I mainly work for the Savegre Mountain Hotel, located in San Gerardo de Dota, a small town at the base of Cerro de La Muerte Area.This place has over 170 bird species, including the Resplendent Quetzal.I also lead hiking tours at the "Paramo" of Cerro de la Muerte."Paramo" is a very special type of sub-alpine forest, know for the big number of endemic species of birds and plants, and also for the incredible views of the Pacific and Caribbean Coasts, Arenal, Poás, Barva, Irazú and Turrialba Volcanoes and also the Chirripó Mountains.If you are interested in nature in general, this is a “must-see place” for you.
