Day 01
Santa Marta Heritage and Beach Experience
- Get picked up at 8:30 am from the hotel.
- Visit the Custom House and Santa Marta Gold Museum.
- Walk through the colonial streets with your Santa Marta tour guide.
- See the Cathedral of Santa Marta and the Tomb of Simon Bolívar.
- Head to Plaza de Los Novios, an urban retreat with stately monuments and park benches, surrounded by a lively restaurant and bar scene.
- Continue to the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, a hacienda built in the 17th century, famous for being the place where Simón Bolívar died on December 17, 1830.
- Stop at Piecerro Beach.
- Enjoy swimming at Taganga Beach.
- View the settlements of fishers.
- Have lunch in a typical restaurant.
- Return to the hotel.
