Cartagena Cruise Tour Through the Old and Modern City
- Pick up at the cruise dock half an hour after the ship arrives at the port, or at the time of your choice.
- Visit the most emblematic places in the city. See Manga Island and all the spectacular houses of Moorish and Republican architecture that Cartagena has inherited.
- Next, visit San Felipe Fortress. This monument is considered the largest example of architecture left by the Spaniards in America. Go inside some of the tunnels of the fortress and behold this masterpiece.
- Stop at Las Bóvedas, another example of military architecture, which now functions as a tourist market.
- Visit the streets of the walled city, including the Getsemaní neighbourhood. Take pictures and feel part of history as you walk through them.
