Hello, welcome to Colombia, and of course, to Cartagena de indias, one of the most beatifull cities in America. I would like you to visit my city.My full name is OSCAR FRANCISCO BARRIOS R.But I prefer that you call me Oscar.I was born in a small town next to Medellin, six hours from here.But I have been living here since 1982,  when I arrived here to start my university degree.I began in a small private university and finally I got the first diploma as Hotel, Touristic Enterprises Manager.Then I decided to travel to Bogota (the capital of Colombia), where I finished my modern languages courses - Italian, English and Portughese.  I  speak Spanish, English and Italian fluently and I understand Portughese and French too.So, I came back to Cartagena and I decided to establish here which means that I have a been living here for a long time.I know the customs, traditions, history, the culture aspects of the people around.Cartagena is a historical city, which offers to the visitors a touristic alternative.The cultural and gastronomic offer together with the kindness of its people, its colonial architecture and it's luxury and charming hotels welcome and enchant the tourists.Since Don Pedro de Heredia, the spanish founder founded our city, the city has been the main character of the most exciting stories of lootings, battles, pirates, merchants and the encounter of the three worlds: America, Europe and Africa.I invite you to visit my city as soon as possible.Come alone, come with your friends, come with your family.I can get any kind of transportation for you.When you saty in Cartagena, you will find a real new friend, and of course, I will be your tour guide.Best regards for you,OSCAR BARRIOS
