From Market to River to Sunset
- Meeting in the city center at 9 am or hotel reception.
 - Walk to our first place called "La Octava Market Square".
- Learn about the composition of this magical place where Amazonian families come every morning.
 - Enjoy some fruit in harvest during the tour.
 - Take the main ingredients for the preparation of "la leche de tigre" Peruvian sauce.
 
 - Head out in a wooden boat to our FLOTANTE restaurant around 10 am.
 - Located on the banks of the Amazon River.
- Introduction of the chef and owner.
 - Start workshop of "la leche de tigre".
 - Learn about the vital importance of fish as the main food source of the native communities of the Amazon.
 
 - Enjoy a Peruvian three-phase lunch.
 - Around 2 pm, return to Leticia to take a car to Tabatinga (Brazil).
- Learn how to prepare a very popular cocktail in this country, "the Caipirinha".
 - Watch the sunset until returning to the central park of Leticia.
 
 - Finish the day watching hundreds and hundreds of parrots.
 - Get ready for the final challenge "mojojoy a la sorpresa" to end our tour.
