Day 1: Arrival in Kashgar
- Arrive at Kashgar Laining International Airport.
- Meet your local guide outside the arrivals hall.
- Transfer to Qinibagh Hotel (5-star) for check-in and rest to recover from jet lag.
- Welcome dinner with other participants.
Accommodation: Qinibagh Hotel 5-star

Day 2: Kashgar to Subashi
- Drive 10 km to immigration office to complete Alien Travel Permit for Muztagh Ata & Karakol Lake.
- Continue 60 km to Opal Town for lunch at a local Uighur restaurant (hand-pulled noodles, shish kebab, seasonal fruits).
- Travel along Karakoram Highway to Karakol Lake (3,600 m, 200 km, 4–5 hours).
- Overnight in tents at Subashi, Kyrgyz nomadic area, with views of Muztagh Ata and Kongur Massifs.

Meals: Breakfast (Continental, hotel), Lunch (Uighur restaurant at Opal Village), Dinner (A la Carte outside hotel) -
Day 3: Edara to Base Camp (4,500 m)
- Trek from Edara to Base Camp (4,500 m) (3–5 hours).
- Receive warm meal at BC; mountaineering equipment transported by camels or pick-up trucks.

Meals: Breakfast (Local), Lunch & Dinner (prepared at BC) -
Days 4 – 19: Climbing Phase
- Base Camp: 4,400 m – accessible by scooters from Subashi.
- Camp 1: 5,200–5,400 m – near snow-rock line, steep rocky ascent, edge of glaciers.
- Camp 2: 6,100 m – glacier shelf, steep snowy/icy slope, 2–3 acclimatization ascents.
- Camp 3: 6,450–6,800 m – upper mountain, relatively flat, final summit approach.
- Summit approach from 6,800 m to 7,400 m on gradual slope.
- 10 days of meals prepared at BC; supplies transported by donkeys, porters, or self-carried.

Day 20: Base Camp to Kashgar
- Trek from BC to Edara and board bus to Kashgar (4–5 hours).
- Hot-water shower upon arrival.

Day 21: Kashgar City Tour
- Visit Id Kah Mosque – largest mosque in China, prayer hall for 4,000 worshippers.
- Explore Old Street of Kashgar – traditional alleys and homes.
- Visit Abakh Khoja Tomb – largest dome in Xinjiang.
- Lunch at local restaurant.
- Explore Sunday Bazaar and livestock market (cattle, sheep, goats, donkeys, horses).

Day 22: Departure
- Local guide assists with airport procedures.
