Great Wall and Ming Tombs Tour
- Pick up by the Beijing guide from your hotel at 8:30 am.
- Drive 1.5 hours and visit the Great Wall of China, the Eighth Wonder of the World. It is one of the remarkable feats of humanity, whose segments were built as long ago as 500 BCE. Archaeologists estimate that the wall once ran 6200 miles; today, it is still impressive at 3750 miles.
- Have lunch at a local restaurant.
- Head to visit the Ming Tombs in the afternoon.
- Discover this imperial cemetery covering an area of 40 square kilometres, and Manu imperial concubines, prince and princess are buried here.
- Trace the best-preserved tombs in the Ming area, the largest one among the 13 tombs.
