I'm an English speaking  gringo but have been living in the area for more than 4 years and have gained a substancial knowledge of the language,  area, culture , and points of tourist interest as well as my own favorite spots!    I have a small business and prefer small private intimate tours.  My vehicle holds 4 passengers comfortably but since intercity buses are very nice and cheap as well as frequent, a day trip to Santiago or Valparaíso is often more simple than by private vehicle (esp to Santiago where commuting by subway is fast and safe).  An option to consider to keep the tour costs in line.  Hope to share and make friends in the process!   Stanley "Jabon Gringo"
