Naturalist Guide | Nature Observer
Promoting the Natural and Cultural Heritage of the Atacama Desert
I am a naturalist guide and observer with extensive field experience in Chile’s diverse ecosystems, from the hyper-arid Atacama Desert to native forests, wetlands, and mountain landscapes.
My work is deeply connected to the unique fog oasis ecosystems along the coast of the Atacama Desert, particularly in areas such as Paposo, where the interaction between ocean, desert, and camanchaca creates an extraordinary concentration of endemic flora and fauna.
Over the years, I have developed strong experience in:
Nature-based trekking and field exploration
Wildlife and plant observation
Nature photography and ecological interpretation
I have guided and documented biodiversity across key Chilean environments, including:
The Atacama Desert
Wetlands and highland ecosystems
My approach integrates scientific observation, field experience, and cultural understanding, offering meaningful experiences that connect visitors with the natural processes and human history of each landscape.
