About me

I have spent my whole life fishing the endless number of lakes in Northwestern Ontario.I specialize in fly fishing for trophy Musky in the Sioux Lookout area.My primary lake is Lac Seul but also target musky on Big and Little Vermillion lakes, Eagle Lake, and Wabigoon Lake. Although I primarily fly fish I also use baitcasting and trolling gear for musky.Fly fisherman should be proficient at throwing large streamers (between 6 and 10") on heavy rods (at least 10wt, preferably 11wt or 12wt).As days can be long and will involve hundreds of casts, having a spinning or trolling rod to switch to and rest for a while is recommended.
