With a background in arts & culture, Shoks is a storyteller and a tour guide who traces his roots to corporate research and journalism.He's also a trained project manager and is a former manager at a backpackers' establishment.These factors - together with his other skills set - lend themselves well to customer management.As an avid traveller in his own right, Shoks has travelled to 32 countries, visited 50 heritage sites...(has, more than once, participated on a three-day heritage walk, visited four countries in one day (by public transport), etc.).He writes about his first love: heritage, arts & culture, and travel & tourism.As a guide, Shoks has led individuals, and groups of different sizes and individuals from Africa and abroad on tours in different parts of Southern Africa, from the teeming Joburg to the laid-back Namibia.
