Private Tour Guide In
Rio de Janeiro

My name is Daniel and I am 42 years old.
I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro.

Tourism has always been a part of my life, mind and heart.
I have been to 44 countries, where I have had some of the best experiences of my life: hiking, climbing, hitchhiking, couchsurfing, and so on.

These experiences led me to pursue a career in tourism.

I work in relocation services, as a tour guide, and with short-term rentals for travellers.

I am an easy-going and laid-back individual.
I enjoy talking about cultures, politics, history and sports, especially soccer.

My mother tongue is Portuguese, and I am fluent in English from working abroad in Canada and travelling in the USA.
I also have Spanish skills, gained through contact with travellers in Rio and while travelling in Central and South America.
I also speak some Italian from my five-month residence in Italy.

I am a professional tour guide in Rio de Janeiro, offering personalized experiences for travelers who want to explore the city with comfort, safety, and local insight. My tours combine history, culture, iconic landmarks, and authentic local experiences, always tailored to each guest’s interests.

I work with individual travelers, groups, and corporate clients, providing high-quality service, punctuality, and a friendly, professional approach.Ideal for visitors looking to go beyond the traditional tourist routes and truly experience Rio de Janeiro.
