    • Arrive at Pionerska hut and travel to the Rila Lakes hut situated above the Rila Mountains National Park tree line.

    • Visit the Ribnovo (The Fish), Trilistnik (The Trefoil) and Bliznaka (The Twin) Lakes.

    • Arrive at Bubreka (The Kidney) Lake.

    • Continue uphill and pass by Okoto (The Eye) Lake and arrive at the Lakes' Peak that offers a great panorama of all the Rila Lakes.  

    • Descend to Pionerska hut.

    • Travel to Sapareva Banya SPA resort, famous for one of the hottest thermal springs in Europe at 103°C.
