The route includes cobblestone streets, slopes, and some stairs.

Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

The tour operates in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast.

The viewpoint of the Patriarchal Complex is reached by elevator, but some walking uphill is still required within Tsarevets Fortress.

The itinerary may be adjusted slightly due to weather conditions, local events, or site regulations.

Free time will be provided at Samovodska Charshia for shopping, refreshments, or photography.

Suitable for adults, families, and travelers interested in history, culture, and architecture.

Unfortunately, the route is not wheelchair accessible.

Due to the terrain and historic streets, the tour is not suitable for strollers.

Meeting Point

The standard meeting point is Tsar Ivan Asen I Square, directly in front of the main entrance to Tsarevets Fortress. Upon prior arrangement, I can meet guests at their hotel in Veliko Tarnovo and begin the walking tour from there.
