1. 5-Hour Itinerary: Beshbarmag and Candy Cane Mountains Tour

   09:00 AM – Departure from Baku

   • Meet at the arranged meeting point in Baku.

   • Begin the drive to Beshbarmag Mountain, located in the Siyazan District.

   • The drive to the mountain will take approximately 90 minutes.

   10:30 AM – Arrival at Beshbarmag Mountain

   • Upon arrival, guests will begin their visit to the peak of Beshbarmag Mountain.

   • The mountain rises to 382 meters (1,253 feet) above sea level and is considered a sacred pilgrimage site.

   • Guests will learn about the history, legends, and spiritual significance of the mountain, including stories of Noah’s Ark, saints, and prophets.

   • A visit to the shrine near the peak is included, where visitors can take part in rituals such as lighting candles, leaving offerings, or tying cloths to bushes.

   • Guests will have 30 minutes to explore the mountain with explanations from their private guide.

   11:00 AM – Departure from Beshbarmag Mountain

   • Depart from Beshbarmag Mountain and begin the drive towards the Candy Cane Mountains.

   • The journey will take approximately 50 minutes.

   11:50 AM – Arrival at Candy Cane Mountains

   • Upon arrival, guests will explore the striking Candy Cane Mountains located in the Khizi District.

   • The mountains are known for their vivid red, pink, white, and orange stripes, formed through the oxidation of iron-rich minerals.

   • The colors of the mountains are most prominent during sunrise and sunset, providing a candy-striped glow.

   • Guests will learn about the geological formation of the mountains and the age of the sedimentary rocks dating back to the Mesozoic and Cenozoic eras.

   • Enjoy a walk around the hills, taking in the unique landscape of clay and shale formations.

   • The total tour duration here will be 30 minutes with walking and explanations by the private guide.

   12:20 PM – Departure from Candy Cane Mountains

   • Begin the journey back to Baku, taking in the views along the way.

   • The drive will take approximately 80 minutes.

   01:40 PM – Return to Baku

   • Arrive back in Baku, where the tour concludes.

   • Guests will be dropped off at the designated point, 80 minutes from the city center.
